Coming from all walks of life, South Summit are proud to present their different cultures and demonstrate how music can unite people no matter where you come from. The quintet—Zaya [lead vocals], Josh [bass], Fynn [lead guitar], Nemo [backing vocal, rhythm guitar], and Nathan [drums, percussion]—only formed in 2020, yet they are rapidly captivating new audiences & bringing their current fan base along for a ride.

 

The band’s hybrid blend of alt rock, reggae, and indie is encapsulated in their trilogy of Extended Plays. Most recently ‘Tales Of The Yeti’, an expansive, probing & multi-faceted 6-track that reflects the journey they have all been on. From late night jams, to writing on the road, South Summit explored every aspect & realm of their influences, as they worked them into their new body of work.

 

South Summit burst into the ears of audiences across Australia with a slew of outstanding performances at Falls Festivals, Groovin The Moo & BIGSOUND last year. Having traversed more of Australia than most in the past 18 months, and with a host of headline dates to come later this year, South Summit aren’t showing any signs of slowing down and are ready to rise to the peak.
